I’ve used Oz Contracting twice now, painting in our first home and now a complete custom kitchen/dining room remodel. It isn’t totally complete yet, but I could not be happier with how things are going. The job. Oz demoed our old 70’s kitchen, rerouted A LOT of plumbing that was housed in giant ceiling soffit and extended though half our kitchen (they managed it get it all in the wall), rerouted our HVAC exhaust, reframed a closet to be used as an inset bar, and opened up two doorways. He also built custom kitchen cabinets with all the extras. As expected in an older home we uncovered some complications during demo, but he came up with creative and cost effective solutions. They work quickly. From start to finish this entire job will take only 3 months. He was realistic about the timeline, which I understand many other contractor are not. I thought this was going to take forever, but his team has been working very quickly. The floors took less than a days time to install and they look fantastic! They’re clean. Our kitchen is in the center of our house and with two young kids I was so nervous about the construction zone the house was about to become. His team took extra time at the end of every day to clean up and make sure there were no nails or sharp object on the floor which is so much appreciated. Custom built and quality. The custom cabinets he made are AMAZING! I can tell he used high quality material and the craftsmanship is top notch. He built a run of uppers and lowers along a wall, a bar area, an island, and my absolute favorite - a wall of floor to ceiling pantries complete with an appliance garage, drawers and shelving. I told him what I wanted and he delivered exactly that and more! All the drawers and cabinets are soft close, even in the pantry. And it only took a couple days to install them all. Excellent team. Oz saved the day for our kitchen renovation! Our butcher block countertops came in late due to supply chain issues, and by the time they arrived, the person who was lined up to cut them was unavailable. We were not going to be able to continue our kitchen remodel until the tops were installed and I was striking out on finding anyone available within a month. Oz was more than willing to help - they fit us into their schedule and were on site by the end of the week. They worked quickly, provided excellent craftsmanship, and came up with great solutions to some finishing challenges that we encountered. Pricing was extremely fair, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! I would definitely use them again for another remodel project.

Used OZ Contracting for flooring install, bath floor and toilet repairs, and folding attic stair replacement and some plumbing repairs. They did excellent work in all areas. Their housing keeping (Clean up) was excellent. Would highly recommend them.

This crew was always on time (if not early), calls questions were answered immediately , and EXTREMELY clean when leaving each day. Thanks for your great skill and talent!! Now to hunt for the next project for them to tackle

I've hired Oz Contracting LLC for several home projects over the last 10yrs, but by far the biggest and best is a recent project to finish 1800sq ft in our walkout basement. They did everything from replace water heater, water proofing, framing, tile & rock finishes, painting, fixtures, etc. Oz Contracting holds the bar extremely high on their work and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Spectacular work, spectacular team. Great attention to detail and clearly focused on the best results possible. They’ve completed 2 full bath remodels for my family including demolition, custom built vanities, intricate tile work, jacuzzi tub installation as well as new flooring and LED lighting. Also removed and replaced an aged deck with latest building methods and materials that are safer and fantastic looking. All at a cost that no one else could touch. Can not recommend Oz Contracting highly enough!

Oz Contracting did an excellent job once again. From the initial quote to the amazing final product, they were able to make dreams come true. This group arrived every morning ready to tackle this crazy project and always made sure to keep the “work zone” clean every day prior to leaving. They helped to transform this fixer upper into a home that some dream about. My home included various projects, each of them completed each with great attention to detail. Transforming a kitchen, with huge amounts of customization, beautiful dining room with beautiful shiplap, along with BRAND NEW laundry room, gorgeous deck stair replacement, and turned an old dated formal living room into a spectacular Master bedroom. I would recommend Oz Contracting to anyone needing a dependable, hardworking contractor.
